Born on February 11, 1999 in Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do Province, Lee Chan grew up in a family of dancers. His father, who owns a dance school, passed on his passion for movement and stage performance early on. From a young age, Dino stood out in local competitions: he won the Grand Prize at the Jeonju Youth Dance Tournament, which led to him being scouted by Pledis Entertainment.
After three years of intensive training, Dino made his official debut with SEVENTEEN on May 26, 2015. As a member of the Performance Team, he brings explosive energy and exceptional technical skill to the group's choreographies. Despite his young age, he impresses with his artistic maturity and ability to create original choreographies, notably for the songs "Jam Jam" and "Flower."
Dino continued his studies at Sangbong Middle School and then at Seoul Broadcasting High School, which he graduated from in 2017.
